On April, 24th 8 years from the date of the known leader of entrepreneurs Arnold Pecherski’s death is celebrated. The representative Republican Strike Committee of entrepreneurs, the head of Strike Committee across Minsk and Minsk area Arnold Pecherski’ was lost under strange and mysterious circumstances in 1999. Till now there is no answer to Valery Levaneuski’s first application in Office of Public Prosecutor of the Grodno area in occasion of his illegal detention of 3/12/2007 on road in a Minsk and to withdrawal of his things without appropriate registration. Things are not returned, documents on detention of the leader of entrepreneurs and withdrawals at him things are not given out. The leader of entrepreneurs Valery Levaneuski has received the answer from the Ministry of Economics signed by deputy minister A.N.Tur from whom the estimation of the decree â„–760 at businessmen and the Government opposite follows, that, that we are fine in social sphere and even better, than several years ago, and municipal services in general have fallen in price. It’s round-the-clock proceeds protection of the house of Valery Levaneuski in Grodno. Since the late evening of 3/22/2007 special troops patrol cars and have replaced cars with people in the civilian. Near by 22.00 the post of special troops has replaced militias UAZ which have solemnly put before an entrance of the politician. Two more cars have put on perimeter, on departures a court yard. Day and night in Grodno along the street Limoges, near an apartment of the leader of opposition of Valery Levaneuski are on duty the armed employees of militia from special troops. Tenants of the house tried to find out from the person on duty on Lenin’s area police station of Grodno: “What happens and that protect day and night employees of militia about an apartment house. Entrepreneurs of Grodno planned to lead on March, 25th meeting on which intended to make demands in protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, and also to support democracy, a freedom of speech and a freedom of assembly in Belarus. The decision 166 from March, 13th, 2007 the Grodno city executive committee has given up in the sanction to carrying out of meeting in a of Grodno of 3/19/2007. In the refusal the Executive Committee of the City specifies the sanction of meeting, that authorities of city together with organizers are not capable to provide safety of citizens at quantity of participants on meeting in 800 people. It it is no wonder since law enforcement bodies, probably, are occupied by another matters: political investigation, detention of the citizens going on meeting to Minsk, etc. by affairs.
