On December, 18th, 2006 the Japanese diplomats in Belarus had been organised reception in honour of Birthday of well Emperor Akihito which will be celebrate in Japan 23.12.2006. With solemn speech on reception the Charge d’Affaires ad interim in affairs of Japan embassies of Japan Takauki Koinke has acted. I am the former political prisoner condemned in 2004 for 2 years of imprisonment for «the insult of the President of Belarus» to formal, far-fetched signs though a principal cause why I have been arrested, and it is then condemned is an active oppositional activity and, in particular, meeting which has been organized by me and my assistant Vasilev. On December, 7th, 2006 recently released political prisoners Sergey Skrebets and Nikolay Astrejka have entered into the civil initiative. For the coordination of actions in protection of the rights of political prisoners and illegally condemned of Belarus, for drawing up of plans for 2007 and other organizational-legal questions the decision on a meeting full structure of the civil initiative «In protection of political prisoners and illegally condemned in Belarus» in the end of December, 2006 in Minsk is accepted. Such personal opinion of the former political prisoner Valery Levaneuski who has stayed two years in prisons of Belarus for so-called “the insult of the president of Belarus“. The leader of entrepreneurs has learned with many verdicts of Belarus during serving punishment with 2004 for 2006. All verdicts, in Levaneuski opinion, are constructed on assumptions of consequence and “internal” belief of court, and have no demonstrative base.
