On June, 26th, 2001 in Minsk there has passed joint session of 10 applicants in Presidents of Belarus, heads of the basic political parties and the organizations. Session occurred under the aegis of Public coalition movement «For new Belarus». At session the basic document on the relation of the authorities which have gathered to actions directed on falsification of results of elections in favor of A.Lukashenka is accepted. Read more »

24.06.2001 Grodno under the invitation of the Grodno entrepreneurs was visited by one of the basic applicants for a post of the President of Belarus Michael Chigir. The Grodno entrepreneurs willingly give the signatures in support of Michael Chigir. One member of initiative group of Michael Chigirj, and them only among entrepreneurs of Grodno 32 persons, on the average collects more than 40 signatures for 5 hours of work of the market. 21.06.2001 at 10.00 in a building of city executive committee session of the Grodno city council of deputies will take place. The basic question – gradual closing of the Central ware market. The project of such decision has prepared the deputy the chairman of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People’s Deputies Valentina Aleksandrovna Lavtsel (ph. 47-00-30). Read more »

19.06.2001 years registration of initiative groups on promotion of candidates in Presidents of Belarus has proceeded. It is given up in registration still to three groups, which have essentially broken (according to members of the Central Electoral Committee) the current legislation. As a result 22 groups from 26 are registered. Read more »

On June, 8th, 2001 there has passed session of the Central commission of Belarus at elections and carrying out of referenda (Central Electoral Committee). The commission has considered not all statements of the citizens, intending to participate in presidential race. Motivation -is the big congestion of the commission. On June, 18th 10 statements have been considered. 9 statements have been satisfied, one is not present. Read more »

15.06.2001 as of 17.00, 23 initiative groups of voters on promotion of candidates in Presidents of Belarus have been registered. Twenty third the group in support of Valery Levaneuski has submitted documents. Group registration will pass at 18.06.2001 at 12.00. Read more »

I was born in this country, Belarus and I am not going to leave anywhere! I have here “roots”, hundreds relatives, four children. I and my children we will live in Belarus. I want, that it there was a worthy life, and will do all from me depending that all citizens of Belarus could live and earn in the country not worse than in civilized countries. Read more »
