«We shall achieve not only clearings of political prisoners in Belarus, but also cancelling of all politically reasoned verdicts», - David Kramer has declared

It is not only a position of the assistant to the assistant to the state secretary of the USA on affairs of the Europe and Eurasia David Kramer, but also all management of the USA. Discussion of the given theme took place last week, during personal meeting former political prisoner Valery Levaneuski and the representative of a department of state. As has explained D.Kramer, the USA will insist on a cancelling of all verdicts which have been taken out on political grounds and on rehabilitation of victims political reprisals, on indemnification of harm to families of the subjected to repression families and on attraction of the persons participating in reprisals, to the responsibility.

The conversation took place in friendly and warm conditions within the limits of a meeting with victims of political repression in a residence of the assistant to the ambassador of the USA in Belarus M.Mur.

During a meeting a number of other questions connected with problems in the american-belorussian attitudes have been discussed.

Former political prisoners are united and, apparently, become independent and influential political force from which many diplomats and heads of the states are considered.

The USA will achieve cancelling of all verdicts which are taken out on the forged charges under other items of the criminal code concerning the citizens actively participating in the policy.

Such position of one of the most powerful powers of the world causes respect. As shows historical experience, the USA hold a word.

David Kramer has arrived to Minsk on Tuesday. It already the second visit of the diplomat to Belarus. First time he was in Minsk in February of 2006. The reason of rare visiting of Belarus David Kramer is banal - the Belarus authorities refused to give out the visa to the representative of a department of state of the USA.

Well-known, that the appeal of verdicts of limitation periods has no. Therefore all subjected to repression on political grounds have always an opportunity to challenge the verdict. Even after death against a verdict can appeal against native and close.
