The leader of entrepreneurs is two years behind a lattice

On May, 1st, 2004, on forged charge, the leader of enterprise movement Valery Stanislavovich Levaneusk ihas been arrested.
On May, 7th, 2004 in Grodno, with participation of all power structures of Belarus, mass searches at citizens for the purpose of search «K.I.Chukovsky’s verses» (material evidences of crimes of Levaneuski and Vasilev) have been spent.

On September, 7th, 2004 the court of Lenin area of Grodno has sentenced:
Leaneuski Valery Stanislavovich under item 368 p.2 of Criminal Code by two years of imprisonment.
Vasileva Alexander Aleksandrovich under item 368 .2 and item 342 of Criminal Code two years of imprisonment. On July, 7th, 2005, having stayed exactly ten months, on amnesty, it has been released.

On May, 15th, 2006 term of imprisonment for Levaneuski Valery Stanislavovich comes to an end.

Being behind a lattice, Valery Levaneuski continued struggle for the rights and the rights of others condemned, for what has been certified as «the malicious infringer». According to legislation of RB, «malicious infringers» are not subject to any amnesty, therefore, it had to stay all term completely, i.e. two years, plus even 15 days for an administrative offence.

Now is leaving prison a fighter, the gladiator, the person the victim for a common cause. There is on May, 15th, in first half of day, a colony address: Ivacevichi, the Brest area, correcynve coliny-22 ( Domanovo).
