Levaneuski’s heart at to survey it is impossible!?… Or features of prison medicine

From March, 28 till March, 30th, 2006 in a corrective colony №22 (“the Wolf holes”) there has passed long appointment of the chairman National Strike Committee of entrepreneurs of Belarus, political prisoner Valery Levaneuski with a family.

During a finding in places of imprisonment Valery Levaneuski as self-education has studied works of classics in the field of psychology, psychiatry, social studies, the criminally-executive legislation, its theoretical bases and practical application. In these areas it plans to publish materials of researches in the form of articles and lectures on this theme. Also the leader of entrepreneurs plans to leave with offers in public authorities for modification and additions of the criminally-executive legislation.

Valery Levaneuski is full of optimism and plans for the future, but, considering a health grave condition, is initially intended to receive medical treatment in hospital, to continue a book and scenario writing to a film.

Also he is intended to accept active participation in a public and political life of the country, to be engaged, as well as earlier, remedial activity.

Originally, to earn to himself and a family any means of subsistence, it is intended to go to work on factory on the specialty, probably working.

The note 1: Other offers did not arrive, and to find any is good-paid work to members of a family of Valery Levaneuski as practice of last two years shows is hard.

The note 2: throughout all two years the political prisoner Levaneuski complains of constant pains in the field of heart, especially these pains have become aggravated in the last some months. To it refuses in the qualified medical aid and survey by the expert in formal and far-fetched signs. So, for example, from November, 18 till November, 28th, 2005 Valery Levaneuski was in Republican hospital of Penalty Executions Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of RB (department of execution of punishments at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus) where has asked to spend inspection of heart and the pains connected with it. In it to it it has been given up for “operative” reasons. Under the official version of doctors Republican hospital illnesses of heart to establish it is not obviously possible, since the medical equipment of Republican hospital «cannot find out» heart of Levaneuski. Too the equipment could not find out and other bodies of the political prisoner (a liver etc.).
The matter is that, according to Valery Levaneuski, treatment on «Republican hospital» and diagnoses is established by workers of an operations section, instead of doctors. And the leader of entrepreneurs has been discharged from hospital under instructions of operative workers at night without an explanation of the reasons and appropriate inspection. In colony-22 from doctors there is only “doctor-earnosethroat”, and the expert in illnesses of heart to cause to Levaneuski they refuse.
The political prisoner has handed in corresponding statements for rendering to him the qualified medical aid in connection with pains in the field of heart and life threat in Ministry of Health of Belarus, in Penalty Executions Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of RB, in the management Penalty Executions Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs on the Brest area, the Public prosecutor, chief of colony-22.
