In Grodno there has passed strike of entrepreneurs (photo)

On January, 22nd, 2003 in of Grodno there has passed strike of entrepreneurs. In Grodno the basic markets and the minimarkets did not work. In the largest market “Southern” there was only one strikebreaker, on the others worked some person from among foreigners and the state enterprises. The general number of the striking has exceeded 8.000 persons. Strike is organised by Strike committee of Belarus.

Besides, this day, at 10.00 about three hundred entrepreneurs have gathered near Grodno regional executive committee. From the gathered entrepreneurs Valery Levaneuski has visited a building of Grodno regional executive committee. It has met the vice-president of Grodno regional executive committee Radevich Alexander Mihajlovich and has discussed with it ripened problems. The arrangement on a meeting 23.01.2003 with representatives of regional executive committee and heads of power structures has been reached at 10.00.
