To Alexander Vasilieu it is given up in registration

To the vice-president of strike committee of entrepreneurs of Belarus Alexander Vasilieu 30.01.2003 it is given up in registration by the candidate of the Grodno country council of deputies.

The formal reason – it is not instruction in the declaration on pension incomes.

A.Vasilieu considers that commission actions are not lawful.

As have explained to him in tax inspection: pensions in the declaration on incomes are not specified. Moreover, originally, at the first voting, only three members of the commission were against A.Vasilieu’s registration, with them “conversation” has been spent.

The lawyer of the selective commission considers that A.Vasilieu has correctly filled the declaration.

The chairman of the selective commission has insisted on repeated voting, and voices of members of the commission were divided not in favor of A.Vasilieu.

A.Vasilev has made the complaint in the regional selective commission.
