The closer elections, the more often searches (photo)

11.08.2001 at 15.20 in Volkovytsk by operative group of Volkovysky District Internal Affairs Department, the strengthened employees of traffic police, have been detained Valery Levsneuski with the family. The car on which Valery Levsneuski moved, under an escort, accompanied by several cars, with included flashing blinking beacon light, has been delivered in District Internal Affairs Department where the careful search of contents of the car has been conducted. At detention cars without special recognition symbols have been involved also.

Detention was spent to two stages. Originally, approximately for some kilometers to Volkovysk (the Line Slonim-Volkovysk), documents on the car and car contents was checked up by the Inspector of traffic police Lashkevich (look a picture 1) who bore service on the car without special (militian) recognition symbols (75-55 САА). And, apparently from a picture, the car has blocked movement to counter transport.

And already in the city the present round-up with sirens and militiamen, blocking of road and other “numbers” has been arranged. Detention and a search were spent with exclusive cynicism:

- On numerous requests of the arrested person to make the report of detention and the report of a search (examination), to explain the reasons of detention Valery received refusals;

- The person supervising a search in the car, was presented as Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich, in a consequence it has appeared the major of militia, senior detective Boltrukevich V. V;

- Ivanov I.I. ( Bolturkevich V.V.) has forbidden to V.Levaneuski to call, make statements to sit down on a chair. «To stand, where I have told and will speak only when to you will resolve!» - the militiaman has declared. These mockeries proceeded about two hours.

Only after arrival of a management of Volkovysky District Internal Affairs Department Valery Levaneuski have been released.

Management of District Internal Affairs Department has apologized for action of the employees, having promised to take measures of disciplinary character concerning the persons who have arranged given “SHOW”.
